Otunba Tunde Adeyemo
Interim - President
Chief Tunde Adeyemo brings extensive experience in community development and leadership. As Interim-President, he provides executive direction and represents IPDI in all external engagements.

Chief Mathew Kehinde
Interim - General Secretary
Chief Mathew Kehinde ensures administrative excellence and organizational compliance. As Interim-General Secretary, he oversees day-to-day operations, record-keeping, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Com' Niyi Adeola
Interim - Financial Secretary
Comrade Niyi Adeola manages IPDI’s financial records with integrity and transparency, ensuring all funds are used responsibly for the organization’s mission.
Governance & Decision-Making
- IPDI operates under a democratic governance model with clear separation of powers:
- Board of Trustees – Holds property, ensures legal compliance, approves budgets and annual accounts.
- General Meeting – The highest decision-making body, held annually with quorum of one-third of members.
- Board of Management – Executes organizational strategy and manages day-to-day operations.
- Auditing Body – Ensures financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
