Membership is open to:
- Indigenes of Irawoland
- Residents of Irawoland
- Well-wishers and supporters of Irawoland’s development
- Individuals and organizations supporting IPDI’s objectives
- Voting Rights – Participate in General Meetings and influence organizational decisions.
- Project Participation – Get involved in planning and implementing community development initiatives.
- Access to Information – Receive updates on IPDI’s activities, projects, and opportunities.
- Networking Opportunities – Connect with community leaders, entrepreneurs, and development professionals.
- Skills Training – Access capacity-building programs and workshops offered by IPDI.
- Business Opportunities – Get connected with business partners, suppliers, and market linkages.
- Community Recognition – Be recognized as a valued member of the development community.
Member Rights:
- Attend all General Meetings and participate in discussions
- Vote on organizational matters (one member, one vote)
- Access IPDI services and programs
- Propose ideas and projects for community consideration
Member Responsibilities:
- Uphold and respect IPDI’s Constitution and bylaws
- Pay membership dues and voluntary contributions as required
- Actively support IPDI’s mission and objectives
- Conduct yourself with integrity and respect for community values
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organizational information
- Individual Members
- Any individual meeting eligibility criteria can join as a full member with voting rights.
- Organizational Partners
- NGOs, businesses, government agencies, and international organizations can partner with IPDI through institutional membership for joint projects and initiatives.
- Supporting Members
- Individuals unable to pay full membership dues but wishing to support IPDI’s work can make voluntary contributions.
All members must adhere to IPDI’s Code of Conduct, which includes prohibitions against:
- Defamation or spreading false information
- Misuse of funds or organizational platforms
- Disrespect toward community leaders and traditional institutions
- Discrimination based on religion, ethnicity, or status
- Members who violate these standards may face disciplinary action including warnings, suspension, or expulsion.
Membership Dues:
- ₦100,000 (One-time entry fee)
- Annual ₦50,000 Contribution.

Fill out the membership form with your personal or organizational information.
Step 4: Pay Membership Dues
Transfer ₦100,000 to IPDI’s designated bank account.Â

Step 5: Welcome to IPDI!
Upon payment confirmation, you’ll receive a membership certificate and be invited to the next General Meeting.

- Membership is perpetual once dues are paid. However, inactive members (those not participating for over 2 years) may be contacted for re-engagement.
- An annual membership fee of ₦50,000 to IPDI’s designated bank account. Â
- Members may voluntarily withdraw by submitting a written request to the General Secretary.
